A kitchen renovation is more than new doors. We survey the room, check plumbing, drainage, electrics and ventilation, then decide with you whether to keep the existing layout or re-plan it around how you cook, store and entertain.
Our design team in Dubai prepares the layout, 3D views and detailed drawings. The cabinets are then made to measure in our production facility in Umm Al Quwain and installed by our own site team, so one programme covers design, removal of the old kitchen, site works, joinery, worktops and finishing.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a kitchen renovation in Dubai take?
It depends on whether the layout changes, the materials chosen and any approvals needed. After the survey we issue a written programme covering design, removal, site works, production and installation.
Do I need approval to renovate my kitchen in Dubai?
Cosmetic work usually does not, but changes to plumbing, electrical points, walls or extraction often need a building-management or developer NOC and, in some cases, an authority permit. Where approvals apply, we prepare the drawings and coordinate them as part of the project.
Can you keep my existing layout and just replace the cabinets?
Yes. If the plumbing and appliance positions work, we can keep the layout and replace cabinets, worktops, backsplash and lighting, which is usually faster.
Do you make the kitchen cabinets yourselves?
Yes. Cabinets are made to measure in our own production facility in Umm Al Quwain and installed by our own team.
Can you renovate the kitchen while we live in the property?
Often yes. We plan the sequence to keep the rest of the home usable and agree working hours with building management.
Do you renovate kitchens outside Dubai?
Yes. Our studio is in Dubai and we deliver across all seven Emirates, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
