Interior design for villas, apartments and workplaces in Dubai and the UAE
Space planning, lighting and materials, designed with you and delivered by the same team.
Interior Design
Designed around the way you live.
Good interior design starts with how you live or work: who uses each space, what needs to be stored, how light moves through the day. We plan the layout first, then shape lighting, materials and joinery around it.
SOVA designs interiors for villas, apartments, penthouses and workplaces in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. Because our design team works alongside our renovation team and joinery factory, the drawings you approve are drawings that can be built.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What does your interior design service include?
Concept and space planning, 3D views, lighting, materials and finishes, joinery and kitchen design, furniture coordination and construction drawings.
Can you also build the design?
Yes. SOVA is a design-and-build company: the same team can carry the design through renovation, fit-out and joinery made in our own factory.
Do you design villas and apartments in Dubai?
Yes. We design villas, townhouses, apartments and penthouses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, as well as offices, retail and hospitality spaces.
Can I see materials before deciding?
Yes. We bring physical samples so you can review stone, timber, lacquer and fabric in the room they are meant for.
How is the design fee worked out?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. We agree the scope of the design package and provide a written proposal after the first consultation.
