Many villas are well built but planned around someone else’s life. Renovation lets you open up living spaces, enlarge the kitchen, add a dressing room or create a proper majlis, while upgrading lighting, flooring and finishes.
We renovate villas in Dubai and Abu Dhabi from survey to handover. Layouts and finishes are designed with you, site works are coordinated by our team and joinery is produced in our workshop to fit the finished rooms.

Often, yes. We survey the villa, review structure and services with the relevant specialists and propose layouts that are practical to build.
Do you renovate single rooms?
Yes. Many villa projects start with a kitchen, master suite or majlis and continue in phases.
Can you work around my family’s schedule?
We agree working hours, phasing and protection of occupied areas before works start.
Will I have one point of contact?
Yes. One project lead coordinates design, site works and joinery throughout.
