The challenge

What the space needed.

Apartments are often handed over with fixed layouts, standard finishes and storage that does not suit the people living there. The aim is to rethink the plan, improve light and circulation, and build storage into the architecture.

How the plan works.

Living and dining are planned as one open space, with a full-height walnut display wall organising books, objects and concealed storage. The kitchen and private rooms sit behind glazed and timber doors.

Delivery process

One team, one programme.

One project lead coordinates design, site works and the joinery programme. Joinery is produced in our UAE factory while site works progress, then installed, aligned and snagged by our own team.
