Q: How do I order furniture from SOVA?
A: Browse sovadesign.ae/furniture, choose the size and colour, add to cart and send your order. Our team then confirms availability, delivery date and payment with you.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Payment is arranged with our team once your order is confirmed. Online card payment will be added soon.
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: No minimum order. You can order a single item.
Q: Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
A: Yes, we provide official invoices for all orders.
Delivery & Shipping
Q: Do you deliver to all UAE Emirates?
A: Yes! We offer delivery to all seven UAE Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery is 10-15 business days across all UAE Emirates. Custom color orders add 5-7 days.
Q: Do you deliver to Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, JBR?
A: Yes, we deliver to all areas in Dubai including Marina, Downtown, JBR, Jumeirah, Business Bay, Arabian Ranches, and Palm Jumeirah.
Q: Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi islands?
A: Yes, we deliver to Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island, and all Abu Dhabi areas.
Q: Will furniture fit through my apartment door?
A: Yes! Our furniture is delivered in sections that fit through standard UAE doorways. Our delivery team is experienced with Dubai and Abu Dhabi apartments.

A: Yes, we deliver to villas across all Emirates. Our team is experienced with large furniture delivery.

Q: Are your products really Made in UAE?
A: Yes, 100% manufactured in our Umm Al Quwain facility. Every SOVA piece is made in the UAE.
Q: What sizes do your sofas come in?
A: Sofas: 1-seater, 2-seater, 3-seater, 4-seater. L-Shape: 2.7m, 3.6m, 4.2m, 4.5m. All sizes available.
Q: What sizes do your bed frames come in?
A: Single (120×200cm), Queen (150×200cm), King (180×200cm), Super King (200×200cm). All standard UAE mattress sizes.
Q: Do bed frames include mattresses?
A: No, bed frames are sold separately from mattresses. This allows you to choose your preferred mattress type and firmness.
Q: What colors are available?
A: Most products available in Beige, Off-White/White, Grey, Black. Custom colors available on request (non-returnable, add 5-7 days).
Q: Can I order custom colors?

Assembly & Installation
Q: Is assembly required?
A: Most furniture arrives pre-assembled or requires minimal assembly (15-20 minutes). Bed frames need legs and slats attached. Sofas are ready to use.
Q: Do you provide assembly service?
A: Our furniture is designed for easy setup. Detailed instructions and all tools are included.
Q: How heavy is the furniture?
A: Sofas: 50-150kg depending on size. Bed frames: 40-80kg. Our delivery team brings furniture to your room.

Q: What is fleece fabric?
A: Premium ultra-soft fabric, warm and cozy, perfect for air-conditioned UAE homes. Easy to maintain and very comfortable.
Q: Is fleece suitable for UAE climate?
A: Yes! Fleece is perfect for air-conditioned UAE homes. It stays comfortable year-round and doesn't feel cold like leather.
Q: What is the difference between fleece, velvet, and linen?
A: Fleece: Ultra-soft, warm, cozy. Velvet: Elegant, luxurious, sophisticated. Linen: Natural, breathable, eco-friendly.
Q: How durable is the furniture?
A: Solid hardwood frames support 300-400kg. High-density foam maintains shape. 1-year warranty on frames and foam.
Q: What is the weight capacity?
A: Single beds: 300kg. Double/Queen/King beds: 400kg. Sofas: 100-120kg per seat.
Warranty & Returns
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes, 1-year warranty on solid wood frames and foam cushioning. Fabric wear and tear from normal use is not covered.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: 7-day return policy for unopened products in original packaging. Custom colors are non-returnable.
A 30% handling fee of the product’s original purchase price will be deducted.
Refund amount = Total payment - 30% handling fee - return shipping cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Q: Can I exchange my furniture?

Q: What if my furniture arrives damaged?

A: Stand facing where the sofa will be. If the chaise (longer section) extends to your left, choose Left L-Shape. If to your right, choose Right L-Shape.

A: Cloud sofas have rounded, cloud-shaped cushions instead of square. Extra-plush and overstuffed for ultimate comfort.
Q: Do storage beds really have storage?
A: Yes, built-in drawers under the bed. Perfect for Dubai apartments with limited space. Add AED 1,080 for storage feature.

A: Deep drawers suitable for bedding, clothes, seasonal items. Maximizes space in apartments.
